The gallery is a creation of Albert Thumann and Adriana D’La Rotta residents of Midtown Atlanta. Albert is a leading authority on energy and the environment. He has authored more than 25 books on energy and has lectured around the world. His photographs, which capture nature’s unparalleled beauty, have been displayed at the offices of several local corporations. For the first time, his private collection of photographs is made available to the public.

Adriana D’La Rotta was born in Colombia and is married to Albert Thumann. She is the daughter of Gabriel D’La Rotta, a Colombian poet and radio celebrity who was the owner of Miami based Jet24 Airlines.  Adriana has a BS in Architect and a MBA from the University of Miami.  After working for major corporations for 20 years, she decided to follow her passion: painting.  She derives inspiration from Georgia O’Keefe, Van Gogh, Edward Hooper and Frida Kahlo.

The team also includes the input of the various artist working with Studio 905 on Juniper.

Studio 905 on Juniper was created originally as a place where up and coming artist could exhibit their work and where panel discussion were held for the local community.  The art world has changed since we opened our doors back in 2013 and with the advancement of technology; we no longer have a need for the physical space.  Today’s art is sold primary via the internet.  Studio 905 on Juniper is now a virtual gallery on Artsy.net.  Artsy features the world’s leading galleries, museum collections, foundations, artist estates, art fairs, and benefit auctions, all in one place.
